Our company is based out of Los Angeles, California and the currency is in USD. All orders are processed in USD.

When we dispatch your order from our warehouse we will send you tracking information for your order via email. You can also track your order by going to the Track Order page. If you have any concerns, please contact us.

After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 2-5 business days. You can learn more about the expected delivery times below.

Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

In most countries our shipments arrive in 7-14 business days or less.

However, we like to be conservative with our estimates so please allow 10-15 business days for your order to arrive. We know it takes some patience, but it is worth it (orders outside the US may take up to 42 days).

Our warehouses process and ship all orders Monday-Friday (excluding major holidays). If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact us.

Samiraboutique is pleased to partner with manufacturers all over the world in bringing clothing, shoes and accessories that illuminate and inspire. Some of our items will be shipped from manufacturers in places such as China, India, Indonesia or Thailand, while others will be shipped directly from the US.

For this reason, sometimes the products in your order are being shipped separately from different locations.

Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

In the event that any of your items are out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out by. If the items are not expected to be restocked within 2 weeks, we will automatically refund you for those items. 

We apologize that your shipment didn't arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us at info@samiraboutique.com with your name and order number for further assistance.

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
